Do I have to replace QuickBooks or my website?
No. APXBI keeps the systems you already use and connects them. QuickBooks stays the source of truth for customers, products, stock and invoices.
What if part of the business is still in Excel or on paper?
That's common. Spreadsheets can be imported, and the parts kept on paper usually become simple screens your team fills in.
Who sees my data?
Your business gets its own portal and its own database. Your team signs in with their own accounts and sees only what their role needs. During the free check we only talk; you don't share any data.
What does it cost?
A one-time set-up fee and a monthly fee for running it, quoted after the free check once we know which systems and how many people are involved.
